LG front load washing machine HG Review

I have had my LG Washer for two years now and about 6 months after the purchase I began to notice a oder from inside the washing machine. It seems that due to the poor design water stays in several areas of the machine and mold begins to grow. I had a service agreement and called the repair person who came out and said that they see this problem with quite a few LG front load washers.

They sell a powder that will remove the mold and the oder. Amazing that a problem like this has spawned a whole industry of products due to a poor design. Would never purchase another LG appliance again. Washing machines are supposed to just work. Especially when you pay close to $1,000 for them....!
