The Envy 2 is a huge disappointment. I've had this phone for about 3 months, and am missing my Samsung Alias. There are three major problems with this phone, making it one of the most frustrating pieces of electronics I have ever owned.
The first problem is the fact that the phone turns...
read full review »I own an LG envy 2 Cell Phone, and I would have a hard time getting through even one day without it it. Everything I need to keep my schedule organized is right at my finger tips. I'm not the most savvy of cell phone users, but the LG envy 2 is extremely user friendly. And, if there is something I don't know how to use, I either refer to their wonderful user guide or contact their even more informative help line.
Making phone calls, using the private earpiece, speaker phone, or blue-tooth, is only the beginning of what this phone can do. I have text messaging, to send and receive text messages...
read full review »well, at first i apsolutily LOVED this phone. (the envy 2)but it has some mayjor problems.
1) I'VE HAD IT SCINCE CHRISTMAS AND I'VE HAD TO GET IT REPLACED 4 TIMES!!
2) the front screen sucks. not all the bottoms work all the time, and the "ok" button sticks alot. and without that, the front is useless.
3)it drops alotta calls
4) it's EXTREMLY slow. in every way.internet, sending picture or video messages, etc.
5)it randomly turns off
6) very VERY fragile
I love the Lg Envy 2 phone. I think it is the coolest phone I have seen in a long time. I love having a qwerty keyboard to use for texting. I use texting all the time now because of this feature. I love that it comes in a color besides black or silver.I have a red one and it is really nice. My envy has lots of functions like e-mail and gps and it even has the capability to do moblie tv. I love the fact that it has an inner screen and an outer screen, and I have speaker phone on it as well. I really enjoy the way the address book works too it is easy to master and find contacts. The camera is...
read full review »I love this phone! I went from using an old school samsung that could barely even text to this AWESOME LG EnV2 and it was the most amazing upgrade I've ever made. I will never go back to using another phone. It flips open sideways to reveal a QWERTY keyboard, which has relatively big keys, but isn't too big that you can't reach the letters in the middle when you're holding it. The front has huge number keys, and in a pinch you can text old-school style with one hand without opening it. I've definitely done that when I get a text and I'm doing something else but need to make a quick response. The...
read full review »This phone is a great phone for someone who sends thousands of text messages a month, and is also good for someone who sends very few messages a month. the full keyboard is perfect for texting and makes it easy and quick to send texts. the screen is very bright, and i love it. it has a 2.0 megapixel camera, but it takes much better quality pictures than it probably should for a cell phone. you can see clear details in many pictures, and it also takes good(but not great) video. Phone calls on the phone aren't as great as any other phone, but they aren't bad. i purchased a wired headset, and...
read full review »The Envy 2 is fine for phone use. I find the battery does not keep its charge very long at all. Also, when using the tools that are available to use, it takes too long to get into it. It seems like something that is supposed to be your calendar would be easier to get to. When setting an event, it is also kind of a pain. I have not figured out yet how to change the setting for when it will remind you of an event. Some events you want reminded an hour before and some more or less, but it is set so they are all the same. The ringtones it comes with are totally lame. I suppose that...
read full review »I've had mine for a couple of weeks and it's a very well designed piece of technolgy. I was suprised that the battery life was so long, especially with all the texting and calls I've made since purchasing it.
It provides a lot of computer-like feel and the music speakers actually have decent sound. The camera takes decent photos; it's only 2 mpxl, but it's also a phone-not a camera.
Overall, I would have to say the LG Envy II is worth the money. Dw
I just got this phone and so far I love it. Its loud and clear, easy to use and I love the full keyboard to type messages. The screen on the front is a little small but it doesn't bother me. It has a nice style to it and suits me.
So my brother, me, and my friend all got this phone. Each one of us have had problems. First the buttons on the front go out very quickly so you can only use the keyboard. The battery goes out very fast which I don't really care about since I hardly use it but for people who like to text or talk a lot, this is bad for. Then if you try to play on certain programs like for mine its when I try to do messanger, the phone would turn on. The screen would turn black and then they verizon logo would come up then turn on. No matter how many times we would try to do the program it would do the same thing....
read full review »I cannot say enough great things about this phone. This is the second one I've owned. My friends were envious so three of them, as well as my sister each purchased this phone. When I am due for a free upgrade, I will mostly likely get another Envy2 or the Touch Envy. One of the best features is the QWERTY keyboard. I text...A LOT! I send approximately 200 text message per day, so the QWERTY keyboard is a must have for me. Another great feature is one where you can press the speaker button and the phone will read the text messages to you...perfect for when I am in the car. The tip...
