I got the LG-env2 a few months ago and so far it has been a reliable phone. It's very easy to navigate and use both the small screen in the front or the larger screen inside. Although the screen in the front is a little small, you can easily access your phone book and call or text someone very quickly without any confusing menu's or steps. When you open the phone you have a large qwerty keyboard that is useful, but the keys are very close to each other and some are placed poorly. Having two "space" buttons can be viewed as convenient, but with the symbol button right above one of these space buttons, I have consistently hit the wrong key. The keys are also placed very close together which also causes mistyping, but this is a small problem that is easy to adjust to. The speaker on the phone is also amazing. It is not only loud, but extremely clear. I've been able to leave the phone on the counter playing music while I'm in the shower and still can hear the song! I know this doesn't fall under the category of typical use, but its a very strong "pro" for the phone. Overall, a simple and easy to use/learn phone.
