This phone is initialy very good, however I have had to get it replaced two times, and even a large function on my third replacement broke. The good thing about the phone is the full qwerty key board, and the buttons are pretty large, complared to blackberries and other phones with qwerty key boards. There is an outside, with a regular number style key pad which can be used to dial or even to text message. Although the from screen is very small, there you can still read text messages, and perform other things on the front(however, my front key board broke so I don't remember all of the functions of the front). When opened up, the screen is very large and can display a picture you took on the phone. It is easy to text message because the buttons are big and it is not hard to use symbols like question marks and periods. Sound comes out very clearly on both the outside speaker(non speaker phone), and also on the speaker phone as well. The first env 2 I owned, the outside speaker broke shortly after getting it. On the second env 2 I owned(replacing the first), something got screwed up with the part that you connect the charger to and the bettery wouldn't charge. On the third env 2 phone I owned(replacing the second) about a week after I got it most of the front keys stopped working, however I could not replace that one for free because my plan had already exceeded a year and the free warranty was up, and I did not purchase the extended one. I recomend purchasing the extended warranty if you are thinking about buying this phone.
