I just bought into an LG enV2 phone about a month ago through Verizon Wireless. I haven't had a cell phone in a few years, so I was a little iffy about working my way through the phone and figuring my way around it. It turned out to be incredibly easy for me; I'm not a tech expert, but I'm not completely lost. However, those touch screen phones are just lost on me. I'm huge into taking pictures, and even though this camera doesn't have a flash, the pictures it takes are quite amazing for a camera phone, and it's started me on one addicting hobby of camera phone photography. I also download some songs on there; not too many, as I can't really afford it at the moment, but the songs play great. I wouldn't mind if they played a little louder, but I guess that's what my stereo is for.
The speaker phone is great too, for when I'm working in the kitchen, so I can still talk to my mom, and my kids get a kick out of hearing momo for themselves. I've ended up loving this phone so much that I dropped our landline, and will use this as my primary phone from now on. I also have two other friends with the LG enV2, and they love it too. So I would definitely recommend this phone to everyone!
