LG - enV VX9900 Cell Phone —

It was that time again.

Time to trade in my old cell phone for a new and improved one (love that feature, Verizon).  Not having any clue of what I wanted, I asked the associate to point me in the direction of a phone that's easy to text on.  I text way more than I talk.

The Verizon associate showed me her personal LG-Env phone and said if you are a texter, this is the phone you want.

I took her word for it and I love my phone.  In fact, many are enVious of it! :)

At first the LG-enV seems a little bulky (especially when you are used to the Razor).  Then I think back to my first cell phone in 1997 and this one seems miniature. :)

My favorite feature is texting.  Since it has a full keyboard, I can whip out a text in no time.  It's also makes composing and replying to email via my cell phone, a lot easier.

The LG-enV supports the Verizon Vcast, Mobile Web 2.0, Navigator, camera and all of the "normal" cell phone features.  To use speaker phone, you have to flip it open.  It's not a big enough inconvenience to take away a star though!

My big complaint: I pinched my finger a few times flipping it shut. :(

If you are like million of Americans who text more than talk...the LG-enV by Verizon is a great phone to have.  It's easy, fast and convenient.

Guess they need to put band aids in the box...lol Sorry I couldn't resist....I rarely ever text but it does sound like a good one. My contract is up but I may just shut mine off, I don't really use it a lot so I can do without. ;)

i love verizon's new every 2. i, too, had the razor and then the lg v. i'm both a talker and a texter. when it was time to upgrade my phone, i was ready to upgrade to the lg enV; however, when i found out when it's cousin, the lg voyager, was being released i decided to pre-order that one instead. just like the enV, it has the qwerty keyboard.

happy texting. (=

I have been looking at this one as my personal favorite for my trade in which I am due for -- but Bryan wants it too we would always be getting them confused. I too had the razor first so it's nice to know this is a good next choice.
