It was that time again.
Time to trade in my old cell phone for a new and improved one (love that feature, Verizon). Not having any clue of what I wanted, I asked the associate to point me in the direction of a phone that's easy to text on. I text way more than I talk.
The Verizon associate showed me her personal LG-Env phone and said if you are a texter, this is the phone you want.
I took her word for it and I love my phone. In fact, many are enVious of it! :)
At first the LG-enV seems a little bulky (especially when you are used to the Razor). Then I think back to my first cell phone in 1997 and this one seems miniature. :)
My favorite feature is texting. Since it has a full keyboard, I can whip out a text in no time. It's also makes composing and replying to email via my cell phone, a lot easier.
The LG-enV supports the Verizon Vcast, Mobile Web 2.0, Navigator, camera and all of the "normal" cell phone features. To use speaker phone, you have to flip it open. It's not a big enough inconvenience to take away a star though!
My big complaint: I pinched my finger a few times flipping it shut. :(
If you are like million of Americans who text more than talk...the LG-enV by Verizon is a great phone to have. It's easy, fast and convenient.
