LG dishwasher Review

We bought our LG dishwasher after reading Consumer Reports reviews.  Also, we had heard that Maytag's quality is not what it once was.  (We left a Maytag behind in our former home that was 7 years old.  It was noisy, but worked great.)  Our LG  (~$500) IS the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard in at any price point and the dishes, pots and pans do come out clean.  The two drawbacks--much of the load is still wet when the cycle finishes, even if I wait until the next morning to unload, so I'm stuck drying!  The silverware is never dry.  My other complaint applies to most dw on the market now.  Manufacturers have moved the utensil compartment from the front, which I found VERY CONVENIENT, to the side.  I just hope this LG dw performs as well as our old, dependable Maytag.
