Before I bought this tv I had a 32 inch sony lcd that was 720p and 60hz.  I was not really in the market for a new tv but then I came along this tv.  At the time it was on a great sale and along with the upgraded features this tv was a must have.  I used to have my tv, game systems and dvd player conected with component and composit connections. Now with this tv and its 4 HDMI conections everything is connected with HDMI.  Direct TV looks fantastic, blurays are mind blowing, if you have an hd tv you need a bluray player. My games are out of this world the screen is a perfect size for playing games. Now that connected with HDMI the picture is perfect you see so much more when connected corectly. Playing online is a all new experiance, speaking about online the widgets on this tv are great, you can stream netflix streight to the tv.  The 240 hrz refresh rate is great for watchong sports for watching movies I turn it off other wise it gives things that soap opera look.  For the deal I got on this set it was a must have I wish I would have bought two.
