LG Washer - Front Load WM2487H Review

This washing machine is incredible. Dryer time is almost unneccesary as Items come out of the wash cycle almost dry when using a spin cycle of med or higher. Cashmere comes out beautifully using the hand wash cycle (no piling or damage, no shrinking). I love the steam cycle and it is perfect for sturdy cashmere items such as overcoats that need "freshing". Tub is large enough for huge loads and king size comforters. My husband is a huge fan of the "sanitize" cycle for whites.

I would just note one item that did require an adjustment on my part: once you select your cycles and press start, the machine is locked and cannot be stopped. If you run across one more item that could go in the load, it will have to wait until the next cycle. Also, if you live in an older home and you are not placing the washer on the floor level, you will feel a vibration throughout the house when using spin cycles of Medium or greater.

However, these are small adjustments and do not deter my enthusiasm for this machine. I love it!
