They should put a sign,take shipping bolts out before use.

too busy to make beds, a green thumb

Pros

use concentrated detergent, conserves water, energy star appliance, Cuts cost on water bill, many different settings

Cons

Must use HE detergent only

The shipping bolts are in the back if the washer to keep the drum from moving and if you don't take them out before you run it will ruien you washer. and if you are like my husband who doesn't read directions then you would never know. other than that i love the washer.
