The keyboard is very handy for fast typing in a pinch, quick and easy to use, and allows you to do so much more with your cell phone than typing with one finger on a conventional cell.
The GPS feature is wonderful and guided me back safely from South Carolina this past summer! A cell phone and GPS rolled into one nice package is very nice! The graphics are great and I love the touch screen!! People are all the time grabbing my phone out of my hands in the middle of whatever I'm doing just to try out the touch screen. All I have to say is "get your own!" haha
I did have an issue with an electrical short in my original Voyager just a couple months after I bought it. I took it back to Verizon, they ordered me a new one and I sent in the old. Even exchange and so far my keyboard has worked fine. But--every so often my phone will just shut off, full power and everything. Happens when I receive a text, send a text, take a picture...that's typically the only times. Does anyone else have this issue?
Otherwise, I love my phone and will definitely continue to get one just like it!
