Waste of money
I ended up with the LG Venus phone after my phone broke. My step-sister gave it to me. And it worked, for a while. The phone was previously used, so I guess it didn't owe me anything. The phone is a slider, so it started to break after some use. I've never been a fan of phones that slide, nor have I ever really used them either. So, maybe I was a tad too aggressive with it. The touch screen is either way too sensitive or not sensitive at all. Sometimes the screen you would have to smash your finger on it numerous times just to get it to do a simple task. Other times you'd touch it and it'd go crazy and start doing all sorts of things. The phone's battery was absolutely awful. You couldn't text/call anyone for more than twenty minutes or you'd have to have it plugged in. I'm not sure if this was a phone issue or just a fluke thing, but with the Bluetooth that we had hooked up to it... the phone would call the last person that we had previously talked to. It would do this all on its own, without us even touching the phone. Never figured out why it did it. Luckily, I only had the phone for a short period of time and then switched to something else. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone that wants to actually be able to use their phone.
