LG does not stand behind warranty

    Phone broke & LG won't fix, Repair costs very high, LG took over 4 months to respond, LG customer service rude, LG warranty is a lie, LG phone fragile

LG - VX5300 Cell Phone — 

LG phone broke in first 2 months with light use.  LG not only denied the valid warranty repair/replacement of a snowy screen.  LG personnel falsely accused me of water damaging the phone and physically abusing it.  LG also took 4 months to resolve the situation, charged me to ship the phone back, and then shipped me a phone that was completely broken and wouldn't connect to the tower.   When asked to fix the phone and send it back with the original snowy screen problem LG personnel were flippant and rude.  "Forced" me into paying to replace a phone that should have been covered under warranty or falsely burn my phone service provider by telling them all to shove their phone and plan.  Will never buy another LG product.  Scarred for life.
