Great product

a mobile phone user, a cell phone lover!

Pros

Price, Easy-to-use applications, Durable, good sound

Cons

Memory card not included

This phone is a very nice phone. I like having the miniSD card so that I can transfer contents between my computer and the phone.
Bluetooth is useless for anything other than the handset. I wish Verizon did not lock down the file transfer protocol.
The battery goes quick when you have the bluetooth enabled.
