This phone sounded great on paper. Nice camera, plays music with VCast, has music controls on the front panel, normal keypad which is easy to text with, stereo speakers etc...
Unfortunately, it is not as great as it sounds. The sound quality is bad both on the speakers and for other people trying to hear you on a call. It's also fragile. I had a Samsung before this, and my son threw it all over and it never failed me. Sounded great, battery held life, and never needed service. Then I was forced to switch to Verizon for work, so I couldn't use that phone anymore.
I picked this one because it seemed like a good value for the money. It was dropped once, from a short height onto a wood floor, and died. Thought it was out of juice so I charged it and it was full in about 40 seconds, Tried turning it on again, only for it to tell me the battery was low. Tried charging it and it wouldn't charge. Shook it a few times trying to jiggle back whatever was hosed and now it works ok. It charges and holds a charge for about 2 days.
Sound quality is still lacking but I wouldn't ever buy one of these again. Going back to my Sansungs!
