LG - VX-8300 Cell Phone —
The LG VX-8300 phone has been the most trouble free, dependable cell phone I have had yet! I was pleased with the prior Samsung, but this one has really been great! The Bluetooth has been fun, works well with my Chrysler U-Connect as well as the Bluetooth Phone in our Toyota Prius. My Jabra earpiece also connects easily and works with the LG phone simply. The camera performs well, but I do not transfer pictures via email with my phone. I use a real camera for that, but the phone is fun for temporary photos. I like the speakerphone feature, and the sound quality is top rate. The ringers are sufficiently loud enough to hear in a crowd, or you can use the vibrate feature quietly in settings where you don't want anyone to know you have it on! There are features such as the Micro SD card I have never used, as well as the music feature and text messaging. I don't have time for that. I just wanted a quality, dependable phone that would just plain work! This one has done that, and done it well. I hope that I can choose one this good or better when Verizon replaces this one with our "new every 2" program which comes up again in February of '09. I would highly recommend this or the later version of the same model, the VX-8350 phone by LG.
