I really wish there was a way to have a touch screen phone with a key pad that wouldn't short out. I would also like to have a smart phone that can hold all my apps. This phone cannot do either. And after about 6 months of use, the keypad starts to short out. I would not reccommend it to a friend. Battery Life Battery life has never once lasted through the entire day. Display/Screen Quality Awesome pixel quality Call Quality Drops calls daily Ease of Use Super simple to use. I love both the touch screen and key pad. Durability I have dropped it a number of times, and the screen has never cracked. Design Too Bulky

I searched through so many different phones and all of the different features that each had and I finally was able to narrow it down to this one. I have had it for almost three years now and it has been exactly what I wanted in a phone, and sometimes even felt like I was able to carry around the convenience of a laptop as well. Battery Life I'm still using the battery it came with and I'm still impressed. Display/Screen Quality There are so many different options for your screen display that its hard to be less than impressed. Call Quality This phone got great service. I have my service through T-Mobile and have had no complaints. If I ever do run into a problem tech support has always been right there to walk me through the problem. Ease of Use At first, I was slightly overwhelmed because this was my first smart phone, but after spending a short time going through the menus and setting them up the way I like them, it was a piece of cake. Durability I've had my phone for almost three years and it's truly in great condition still. I will admit that I have dropped it a few times and after all the people I've seen that have shattered there screens I was very worried until I looked at my phone and saw how truly strong it was built. Design I really love the Qwerty keyboard. It has definitely made texting simpler at times, because I am very fluent in typing. The touchscreen is also very nice and at first I was hesitant to have a phone with a touchscreen, but this phone has really changed my mind about it.

Absolutely love the phone. The keyboard is very helpful. The design is so nice. My favorite part about the phone is the option to use the keyboard on the touch screen or the option to use the slide out keyboard. This is my first time using a smart phone and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this phone to family and friends. I also love the tmoblie has the option to have a 2 year plan or a no contract option. This just came out within this year. Battery Life The battery life is very good. You can also put the phone on power saving mode to save the battery! Display/Screen Quality The display and screen quality are very good. Its very clear and i am very impressed with the quality. Call Quality I have never had any trouble with calling my friends or receiving calls. I have never lost a call or had any trouble with the calling quality. Ease of Use The phone is very easy to use. This is my first time having a smart phone and I am very satisfied. Durability The phone is very durable. I have never had any trouble with it. Design I absolutely love the design of the phone. I love how I have to option to either use the keyboard with the touch screen or i have the option to use the slide out keyboard.

The my touch part its too much. The slightest touch will bring up an icon you probably didn't want. And it has a Genius button which allows for voice commands which comes on way to often and is a pain. No way to turn it off not a good design. There are other issues but you get the idea As a smart phone its okay but had I known about these issues I would not have gotten this one. Oh and my cell phone provider knew I had issues with it from the beginning and didn't tell me until day 19 that I owned the phone that if I shipped it back and they received within 20 days I could get a different phone. Not good customer service at all. Battery Life Have to recharge it more than I like and its not because I use a lot of apps, I don't mainly because of the battery drain Ease of Use See above comments. Using the apps is fairly easy but as I stated its so sensitive that you can accidently bring up another app or icon
