The phone is great, until it quickly breaks down within a month.

Pros

    Can we say Bluetooth?, able to check scores, great slide feature, internet texting music all great, easy to use, great features, easy tools, Great keyboard, Can text without the keyboard

Cons
    camera takes dark pictures, breaks down in a month, camera bad

I've gotten this phone 2x. The first one started to sound like I was talking through a metal barrel within a few weeks, then it wouldn't let me read txts from a few numbers. It slowly started to "fix" itself, but by the the battery was already dying quickly and it would turn off without warning even when fully charged. Someone stole that one. The second one I got was sort of like an apology from sprint. Apparently they weren't really sorry. I've had it for less than a month. It never seemed fully charged, the battery would die even though I didn't talk a lot or txt a lot. Then the internet would turn itself on all day and night, but never  actually connet, even when I needed it to. That started 3 days ago. Last night, I couldn't call out but there were no service issues. And none of my texts would go through. Yet my other phone on the sprint line was doing all of that just fine. This morning I ended a phone call and the phone ended it's life. Started turning on and off then not on at all. Then a really weird error message then freezing and now nothing. I was asked if i threw the phone. No, but i should.

However, When working, the sound is good, great for music if you but the memory chip too. Internet and txting great with the keyboard. WHEN IT WORKS.............
