easy to use and compact for anyone !

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

have had my LG Aloha thru Virgin Mobile for sometime now.. its quite easy to use and its pretty compact phone ..    Its a flip cell, comes with some applications, can use it to access my emails online, yahoo, myspace.com acct, flickr, twitter etc..

its great for kids to learn about cell phones.  The prepaid package plans are decent and you can get the top up cards at walgreens and kmart.   As long as you keep your cell replenished on minutes you wont lose your cell number.. and yes you can always change your cell number thru the company website..

Another added feature, you can upload songs from your computer straight to your cell phone or even upload your own graphics .. i think thats great to save yourself the money it normally runs to pay for ringtones etc..

I never had problems with my virgin mobile cell phones and the LG Aloha is my 2nd v.m cell as i had lost the 1st one the basic virgin mobile ..

durable, functional, and elegant, life is better than just good!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Sound bite say's it all. There is nothing like being able to hold quality in your hand. Most product's miss at least one mark, for me that's a Miserable fail for any probuct design. Some people seem to think it's inherant to have draw backs or if you expect one feature you should be willing to give up another. I select LG Products because they don't subscribe to that Sub Par, unimaginative and quite frankly  manipulative unambitious cookie cutter retail and manufactured goods industry the complacent american Consumer has been trained to expect and accept  appealing to the to the masses because they are lazy and enjoy listening to themselves whine ...

Looking for a touch screen cell phone consider the Spyder 2 LG.

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I love my Spyder 2  LG cell phone. I am 64 years old with limited finger movement and chose this one for the ease of the touch screen. Scrolling is great with just a touch of the finger.I like the way you can intergrate photos of contacts with their cell number and feature on 1 of screens.  It also has a slide out keyboard to making texting easier. This keyboard includes a finger mouse to help with navigation on the internet. The screen is directional as you move the phone. The camera is great. Pictures are easy to take and it even has a little voice that says say cheese! when clicking. I purchased a data card to use with the camera for external storage. Pictures take...

LG Rumor great for texting!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I have owned and used the LG Rumor 2 for over a year. I mostly use it for texting and it features a QWERTY keyboard that is great for texting as the keys are not too small and pushed together like the Blackberry keyboard is. It is also comfortable to use for speaking on the phone because the keyboard is a slide-out keyboard so it is not too wide when being held in your palm. It does not have conversation threads, and only 100 texts each for incoming and outgoing texts can be stored at a time. The camera quality is very good and I have devoloped pictures that I have taken from the Rumor phone. Voice Quality is also very good on this.Roaming is also very good on this cellphone. It does not have lots of extra features. If you are looking for a phone that is used mostly for texting and some phone calls, I would definitely recommend this product as it is a good value for the money and it is not expensive at all.

best phone i've owned

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Now, I know I've never owned a Smartphone, and it's not touchscreen-enabled, but I do really like the LG Rumor 2. I use it with Virgin Mobile, and it's my favorite phone I've ever owned. Before it I'd only used flip phones, so with the QWERTY pad I had to get used to texting. Now I'm a pro at it, enough that my boyfriend and friends can't believe how fast I type! It's rarely ever blacked out on me like my previous Virgin phones, and it keeps all my old messages and pictures. I like that it has external memory with an SD card and that I can listen to music on it with the speaker. What I don't like so much is the camera; my Kyocera Cyclops had a much cooler camera for being of cheap quality. The flash doesn't even work. But I am a photographer, so I often have my own camera handy, and I own the Ipod touch, so I let it go. For functionality, I do love this phone overall, however. It hasn't let me down in most areas.

Great for the technologically impaired!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I bought these for my daughter and myself. The setup of the phone, with the slide out keyboard was simple enough for me to be able to make calls and text without a teenagers help. I am severely allergic to all this "newfangled technology" stuff. The only problem I had with it was the screen is very small, and my camera kept going in and out of some overexposed picture taking mode.

My LG8350 is good but lacks a few features.

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

I like my LG8350 but don't love it.   I have had some issues where I had to request a repacement phone.  So far so good on this one.  The pictures taken by this phone look sad compaired to the LG8300.  I think thats pretty bad when the older model takes better pictures than the newer.  The LG8300 also has more options for picture taking as opposed to the newer LG8350.  I do have to say that this phone does its job and I have not had to have it replaced like some other phones through Verizon.  Verizon has some wholes in its service around here so there are days when I want to get rid of the phone but I have a contract and alot of family and friends so I take great advantage of the "IN" calling.

A lot of devices to use

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I have an AT&T LG phone.  The face slides up to see the numbers (it is also a mirror when it is not lit up).  Lots of options to choose from: Cellular Video, At&t Music, Bluetooth, Voice Command, Alarm Clock, Calendar and several blank spaces to assign menu.

You can also choose the menu button which includes: Cellular Video, Messaging, Recent Calls, MEdia Net, At&t Mail, At&t Music, My Stuff, Address Book and Settings.

It does have a camera but I am not sure how many pixels it is.  It also has a mouse like device that helps you choose what item you want.  I like the feature that shows you the phone number of the person you want to call before you call them.

It seems to have everything anyone could want except a calculator.  I am not a phone techie and don't use a lot of the features but I do like the ones I use.  I enjoy being able to see a picture of who is calling me...especially when it is one of my kids!

The LG Verizon Wireless Cell Phone is a good bet for your money.

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

Verizon Wireless has many, many LG cell phones to offer, and each deserves to be reviewed individually. Overall though, The products offered by this line are perfect for the everyday user. Whether you are a texting teenager, a busy parent, an on-the-go business person, or anything in between, Verizon Wireless has an LG cell phone for you.

Each phone comes with different capabilities and specialties. When looking for a cell phone, you can trust the LG line from Verizon Wireless to pull through.

The sound quality if optimal. Whether on speakerphone, or one of the five volume levels, you can always find the right level for your surroundings. This goes for both hearing your phone ring and for hearing the person you're talking to. If you choose to make your phone less noisy, there are three aditional options: vibrate, alarm only, and all sounds off.

The graphic quality of the screen of each phone is outstanding as well. Make sure you choose a phone with a great camera! LG has plenty of those.

Awesome Phone!!!!!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I have had the LG Rumor 2 for a couple of months now and have been mostly impressed with it. The first things I noticed were the reasonable price (through Sprint) and the long battery life - with regular phone use it can go for 3-4 days before it even loses a battery bar. If you use the navigation it can drain the battery much quicker, but that's the only time I have noticed any problem. I got the orange one and attached the optional back panel that was included that has a cool design on it. The volume buttons, camera button and menu button are all placed well, as well as the memory card slot, earpiece jack and charging/usb port. I like that the covers to these slots are not removable fr...

This cell phone is more than just a phone it has tools.

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

This  LG Verison cell phone has done a good job for me, and it is more than just a phone.  You don't have to listen to the same old same old ring tone. There are tunes to pick to use for the ring tone, so if you do not like one you can choose another.  Go to settings and tools,   There you can select sounds settings, then call sounds, and click until you get to call ringtone. There is where you can pick which one you want.  Also you can use the internet and get a different ring tone.

The camera is fun and we enjoy that too, there is always a reason to take a picture when you have kids around.

Under the tools setting you not onl...

The very best in Cell phone equipment and service!!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

My AT&T LG Cell phone has many capabilities and functions  not found in most

other Cell Phones. The pictures taken with the AT&T LG Cell phone has clarity

with depth preception, vivid color and automatic storage of all Pictures.  I am

able to revue the pictures wit ease and can erase any duplications. The LG

cell phone, by AT&T is ahead of the ratio of becoming obselete within a few months

after purchase. The AT&T 'rollover minutes' saves me time and money. The minutes

accumilate at a satisfactorily rate, giving me peace of mind when I wish to make a call

lasting sveral minutes at any time. The 'dropped calls' factor is almost non existance

with the wide range of calli...

Satisfactory

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

The Lg Rumor 2 is a satisfactory cell phone in my opinion. It gets the job done, but it doesn't exceed any expectations of mine. It has a relatively good screen thats easy to see, read from, take and view pictures with. I don't particularly care for the styles and backgrounds that the phone supplies. The color schemes are not very attractive either. One plus of this phone is the full keyboard which is always nice to have, but for a guy like myself with large hands pushing two or three buttons at once can become frustrating at times. If I were to go to the store today and see this phone, I wouldn't give it the time of day. Only reason I would get this phone would be as a temporary replacement for another. Technology is much too advanced these days to settle for the LG Rumor 2. Although I do think that this phone is good as a first cell phone for a young child as a type of training to get the responsibility of having a cell phone started.

Good Phone For Simple Folk

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I want a phone that is simple, straight forward and not too many bells & whistles that I'll never use. And I found it in this phone. Sound is good, volume levels are good, contact list is well organized, takes reasonable photo pics, has a QWERTY keyboard and it is compact without being too small for my aging eyes to be able to read the screen. I have found it reliable, works well just about everywhere and the battery life is brilliant - I've often forgotten when I last recharged because it lasts so long between charges. I've had no issues with this. I use it for verbal calls, I text a lot and occassionally send e-mails (sometimes attaching photo pics I've taken) and never had any trouble wit...
