I just had the 3rd service call in seven months. I have been waiting for parts since 6-09. The company seems unresponsive at times. The repairman said the company makes excuses and denies any real responsibility. Don't talk to them about a lemon because they don't accept that. I have one other LG appliance (microwave) and my experience has been the same. It went out after one month of service just before Thanksgiving and was not repaired(waiting parts) at Christmas time. My wife pleaded our case to the store where we bought it and they exchanged it for a new one so we could have it for our guest and friends during the Christmas holidays.
