LG Refrigerator - LFX25960  — 

We bough an LG bottom freezer refrigerator 1 year and 3 months ago. Right after the first year, the freezer rail broke of course the 1 year warranty did not cover. It cost us $300.00 to fix it. The vegetable and deli drawer's material craks. Also the ice maker works poorly, very small and takes a lot of hours  to make it again. just not worth the price tag.

I too had the same experience. The top of the freezer door cracked, the face plate to the water dispenser cracked, the plastic door handle brackets broke 3 times, screws missing to the shelf holders. LG replaced the refrigerator but the same thing is happening after less than a year. And they will not cover it. This design is very flawed.
