After eight months of browsing for a new replacement, we found a right size of LG 23 cubic feet French door refrigerator (LFC23760S) this month, that can fit the 33 inch space. We really like the look of the stainless steel French door type with the bottom freezer. I notice that my old Amana with its top freezer seemed more spacious than the new one, when they both have the same cubic feet. That French Door refrigerator provides easy access to the foods you reach for the most by placing them at eye level. Its LED light display panel looks so cool. It is pretty energy-saver, too.
The minor complaint is that there were some fingerprints on the stainless steel doors when it was delivered, but after cleaning the whole refrigerator, we don't have that problem as long as we use the door handles. Since there is no water hookup to the icemaker, we just can use old fashioned ice trays if needed (we rarely use ices).
We just have it for less than a month now, and hope that it will last for a long time without any problems after reading reviews today. I wish that I read these reviews before I decide to buy a LG refrigerator, but, hey, we are proud owners of that LG model. My sister-in-law also has a LG refrigerator with 25 cubic feet for two years without any problems.
