This phone was AWESOME! My only complaint was the battery died after 2 hours of usage, battery would die after sitting on my desk for 4 hrs. This was the ONLY thing I did not like about this phone. I loved the real QWERTY keyboard, and wish my new one had one. I do not like the touch screen keyboards, I have big fingers and it confuses the membrane when I use anything but a stylus. Battery Life Took me almost 2 years of complaining to finally get a new battery for this phone. I reported the problem with it within 7 days of buying it, and I kept getting the run around when I asked them to replace the battery. Once the battery was changed out, power levels stayed consistent and only had to recharge ever 16-18 hours of usage.

I've had this phone for a few months now, and I find it to be very user friendly and practical for both personal and business use. I'm really enjoying the Windows phone interface, especially the people hub that corellates all info for contacts (including Facebook). Apps are becoming more numerous everyday, and WebPages are easy to navigate. The camera is not great, only average. But overall it's a great phone.

I LOVE this phone. I have had touch screen phones before but I have found this one to be the most responsive with the least missed hits. The QWERTY keyboard is large enough that the keys "stand alone" and I am less likely to hit the key next to the one I want by mistake. I love the fact that with AT&T if I have a wireless connection to my home network (or any Wi-Fi network for that matter) I won't be charged any data usage. Also having the Windows Office app is a very nice, convenient feature since I do a lot of word document writing (and viewing) while I'm on the road and can't always get to my laptop easily. The app store is large enough that I can find whatever I may need. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the battery life could be better, there is no memory card slot, and you're not able to download any ringtones to the phone. I have to charge the phone at least once a day since the apps drain the life pretty quickly. The Zune connection is so easy to get your photos and music from your home computer or laptop. Overall, I definitely am recommending this phone.
