LG Panorama LFX25950SB Review

We bought the LG Panorama French Door Refrigerator this March for our the home we'd just built. It cools and freezes nicely in  the appropriate areas. There are just the two of us and I do cook a fair amount and there is plenty of room on the shelves and bins of the refrigerator section and their arrangement is usefull. I have to say that the freezer section seems a little skimpy. It just isn't convenient to have to "dig" for frozen items in the bottom; although this isn't a major complaint. 

The one major complaint both my husband and I have is that the ice tastes very metallic at times. We've emptied the entire icemaker several times, thinking it needed  to make a "fresh" batch, but the same problem occurred. This problem is not exclusive to this LG appliance, as we had the same problem before on our last refrigerator even with a water filter on it.

It is a quiet appliance overall. Occassionally we hear the icemaker but it isn't very distracting. It ihas nice clean lines as they've hidden the arm hinges at the top on each side (the ones you usually see sticking up off the top of the front).

We've been happy with it so far except for the ice issue.
