For Christmas I got a smartphone which I love so much! This is actually the first smartphone that I have ever had. It is very easy to use and not complicated at all. I can synch my Email, Twitter and Facebook with it and constantly get updates. It helps me to "stay in the loop". It is also very fun to play games on it. Right now I am playing doodle jump and it is so much fun! This smartphone that I have now is the best phone I have ever used. Battery Life I think because there are so many features on the phone sometimes it can drain the battery life pretty fast. When my phone is all charged up it will usually be about two days until I have to charge it again.

Great deal for the price

I bought this cellphone 6 months ago and so far I love it. Is activated with metropcs and I have to say that is a great device, sound is great, the pictures that it takes I'd say are medium quality and the fact that operates with android system aloud me to get great app. Battery Life As any other smart cellphone the battery goes fast if you use app and internet , on average I'd say last about 4 hours but again, it depends of the applications that are running. Display/Screen Quality Clear images. Call Quality Clear sound. Ease of Use Very friendly when it comes to use it. Durability I have dropped couple of times and still works great. Design Slim and silver always works. :)

Nice looking phone, but if I had to purchase it again, I would pass. Battery Life I realized once I deactivated my email notifications, twitter notifications, etc....that my battery life improved 100%. I don't speak telephonically for hours, but check emails multiple times per day, again battery life improved with the above adjustments. Display/Screen Quality I'm very happy with the apps and call set up. You can always hold your finger over an app and drag it so it appears in your main screen, tricky at first, but possible after a try or two. Call Quality I like the call quality, however be cautious as to how high a volume you set, I've had surprises and you don't want to damage your eardrum! With regard to the speakerphone, it doesn't always work. Ease of Use Very difficult to send emails and texts because of the touchscreen. There is no qwerty keypad here. Furthermore, after only two months, the option to hold the phone horizontally failed, so I'm stuck with vertical written communication and this screen is considerably smaller than say, the iPhone. Also I would like to add that the camera/video isn't all that impressive. It's hard to access the side button, which is to the lower right without getting a blurry picture. If you use the touchscreen, chances are that you will have a blurry picture. I carry my camera separately. Durability I have not dropped this phone, yet, but apart from the horizontal screen option failure, I see it as a fairly well constructed phone.

android phone for less

I havent seen too many adroid phones for under 160.00 this phone takes the cake 150.00 after rebate which was pretty much the winning goal for me. The cool thing is it has a nice glass screen so I think. Responds only to hand touch much like the iphone I would pretty much say Android is in the market of killing iphones. Open source installable apps pretty much makes this phone a super keeper. Bluetooth headset works like a charm with this phone, it also has GPS wireless making downloading and web browsing a snap. Has a camera but I wouldnt rely on taking photos with it as the quality is sub par. Video camera is nothing like the iPhone or iPod touch in terms of quality goes. Again for this price its aimed at affordability and entry level. Though its doesnt have metal its plastic but again what do you expect for the price. It has a sd card slot and i assume it supports sdhc. Reacts to movement. And im told this does not have flash which is a bummer. Lets hope they release flash in the next version.

Awesome Android phone for 150.00

So I got this phone for my birthday, and for the price after rebate was 150.00 Which isnt bad at all for an android phone that supports applications upgrades and memory. The pros about this phone is that it's touchscreen easy to use has GPS connects to most if not all wifi networks which makes web browsing REALLY fast :). I will note the regular web browsing is really slow (dial up) but I guess thats how it is unless you want to pay 60.00 But aside from the internet speed this phone is pretty nice. The build isnt the same as an iPhone but it has a glass screen and requires a touch of a hand otherwise the screen will not unlock. This phone does great with old bluetooth speakers that did not work with other phones. I must say the battery life is so unbelievable :) this thing will hold a charge forever, im not sure if its because its a new phone but this phone roughly will last for a few days if you take off the gps. I wish this could be rooted and updated but its ok for what it does and the cost. It's well worth it if you guys are considering a phone for cheap and dont want to spend alot on your phone bill metro pcs is straight forward.

Great phone

I have this phone through Sprint and I love it. I had the Sprint Instinct which I thought was the best phone I ever had. This phone is just amazing. Perfect size, love the USB cord that comes with, great Smart phone. I didn't want one because my husband has the Samsung Moment and I hate his phone, always freezing up, slow, has had replaced, etc. But now that I have the Optimus I'm sold on Droid! And it was a free upgrade at Best Buy with contract renewal.

Great Android Smartphone!!

I am not the most tech savvy person when it comes to the new technology so when it comes to cell phones I dont really know a whole lot..BUTI LOVE THIS PHONE!!. My husband bought this for me to replace another kind of prehistoric phone with no internet capabilities. When I first got it it had alot of getting used to it has a super sensitive touchscreen and it has the ability to get all kinds of free apps. I guess it would have helped if I had read the included manual but I assumed it was self explanitory. It has so much to do on it that my kids have fun navigating it and playing games, watching movies, and listening to music. It has this totally cool app called "ShopKick" its a must-look at as far as my review goes. If you are new to the techie world this is a good product for you to give a shot. The numbers are big the sounds are loud and the camera takes great pictures and they look crystal clear when you forward them.
