LG - Lotus Cell Phone Review

After deciding to upgrade my phone and re-sign a new two year contract, my partner and I decided to buy the Lotus phone from Sprint. It was a great value, only $49 each pohone after mail in rebate. That is where the trouble began. I received a letter from Sprint 3 months after mailing the rebate, saying they cannot process one of my rebates because they need seperate, original receipts! How can you do that when you purchase them at the same time with the same debit card? On the first visit to service our phones, the phones were both turning off during use of an application or just being on line, would not download music to our phones from our computer as advertised, and the cameras do not work properly. We exchanged our phones, fr different colors because they could not seem toorder the right ones! In the next 30 days, we have had the same trouble with both phones and are seriously considering the early termination fee to go to a different cmpanyand phone. I have great reception from Sprint, however, their customer service is one of the worst in the business!
