LG LDS4821BB Dishwasher Reviews

We needed to replace our 13 year old dishwasher (the old one exploded, actually) and wanted a new, energy star rated, not overly expensive one, which would be a water miser, since we frequently face water rationing.  We  found the LG LDS4821BB at a going out of business sale.  Price was right (and would have been a good value at the non-fire-sale, club price I have seen, as well) and we were pleasantly surprised that not only do we save energy and water, but the unit is sooooo quiet I cannot tell it is on unless I am standing next to it.  We've had it for a month so far, and it holds...

I have had this dishwasher for about six months and am very happy with it.  First off the inside is stainless steel so no more stains to worry about.  Next thing I love is that the top rack is completely removable so when I have tall things to wash they fit easily in the lower rack.  I also like the wine glass holders in the upper rack which are deep enough to actually hold the glass stems in place  when the high pressure water starts up.  Then there is the lack of a energy consuming heating element in the bottom of the washer.  It uses a sophisticated condensation system and a fan to drain...

This LG Dishwasher is awesome, it is so quiet that I first thought something was wrong with it.  The dishes come out clean with little to no spots and very little moisture.  We bought it at half the normal cost but I think it is well worth the full retail value of the product.
