Works very well, easy to empty, easily clean carpet or bare floors. The filters seem to be very effective. Maneuverability Not heavy like some vacuums and it is easy to push, gets under edges pretty well, and the hose easily removes to get edges and under things. Ease of Maintenance The filters need to be removed and cleaned or replaced which I forget to do, wish there was a reminder of some sort that made it easier to remember. The sides are easy to open and clean. Suction Performance Works better than any other vacuum I have owned in the past, even use it on the linoleum in the front entrance Versatility Works well on carpet,hardwood, tile, linoleum, and stairs. Easy to switch between different tasks, like floor to tool. Design I feel the design is great because if something gets stuck in it it can easily be removed. I really like the metallic red color and silver. Durability Have had the vacuum for 2 years with no problems would definately recomend. I was a little Leary when I went to get the vacuum it was more than I wanted to spend, but I am so glad that I did I have not regretted it at all.

I bought this LG Vacuum a few years back .. At first I could definitely tell my other vacuum was not doing the job it should have been doing. Our carpets looked fluffier, cleaner, and I was happy with how much dirt I could see in the canister. Now, about two years later, the vacuum overheats usually after vacuuming one room and then has to sit for nearly an hour before it will even turn back on. My husband has taken this vacuum apart more times then we can count to clean it spotlessly and that doesn't seem to help. The filter on top I change out about every two cleanings so it never gets clogged up .. The "pet brush" suction at this point is nothing, I can put my pinky finger over the bristles and the entire beater bar stops, does not even have enough power to keep the bar going if it touches ANYTHING, it just stops working. I'm ready to toss this to the trash and go spend more money on a different brand altogether. This vacuum ended up being more frustration then anything else, purchase something else and save yourself the headache. Maneuverability I wish it had swivel wheels in the back. Ease of Maintenance Very high maintenance vacuum, have never spent so much time cleaning a cleaning product. Suction Performance Nil to none.

This vacuum is by far the best I have ever owned and is worth every penny of the price. I love the suction power, it even sucked a rolled up pair of baby socks through the hose and didn't clog. This has the best canister I have ever had on a vacuum as well, it has a rotating scraper that compresses the dirt into one side to keep the air flow going and it also empties easily. Ease of Maintenance Super easy to clean out.

I started using this vacuum about 2 years ago, it gets used every day as I clean for a living. Although I realize this product was not intended for commercial use, I decided to use it anyway. This has got to be the best upright I have ever used. The dust and pet hair it sucks up is incredible. Emptying it after doing just one vacuuming is eye opening as to how well it works. I haven't had any problems with this vacuum in the two years I've been using it and trust me, I put it through the gears. It's works 5 days a week and cleans up anywhere from 2-3 houses per day. What more can I say?

Worked well, but soon began to lose suction, and then finally made a noise and blew dust everywhere after using it lightly for about a year. The bag less feature it great, many filters helpful, and retractable cord is great. It is in the shop now, hopefully not too expensive to fix...
