Bought and had the LG microwave installed about three months ago. I have thus far been very pleased with the performance of this appliance. It has taken me a bit to get used to how powerful this microwave is - it cooks things in half the time of the microwaves I have used in the past. Performance So far, I have been very pleased with how this microwave performs. I have had no problems in this area at all. Settings/Features There are a number of settings available on This particular model including defrosting, thawing, various timings, and a light. Inside is a turntable something's cook evenly and well. Ease of Cleaning This microwave is quite easy to clean. I have never had an over the range microwave before this one. I have always had free standing units. So, I have found that it is so much easier to clean it in this position. Ease of Use The unit is pretty easy to use, except that it is so powerful, you might want to look at instructions and such before using it! Durability Although new to me, it seems to be quite durable. Design Has a good comments ensue design to it.
