I have had this phone over a year now and the only problem I had is that the battery dies too quickly but other than that, it is a user friendly phone and it is also nice looking. The best part or feature is ease in texting since it opens up to a mini typewriter and it is large enough for easy texting. It is a smart phone therefore I could be connected to internet. This feature is making my life much more manageable since I could use it while shopping to compare prices and many other benefits such as GPS navigation system and so on and so forth. The sound is particularly clear and the volume, when adjusted, is higher than most phones in the market or at least the ones I have encountered. LG is a great brand and it is quite reliable. I am quite clumsy and this phone has survived my clumsiness and that says a lot about its durability. Overall, besides the battery issue which is quite frankly a common wear and tear issue with most mobile phones, I had no other issues with this phone. Therefore, my overall feedback is quite positive and I highly recommend this smart phone to everybody.

I could not ask for a better phone! it is amazing! i love the touch screen and the full keyboard. makes typing so fast and simple! plus if you dont feel like opening up the full key board you can just type on the touch screen. i have not had a single problem with it. my best friend liked it so much she got the blue one, i have the orange
