LG answers the phone, "Life's Good". Yes, but not LG!! This model is not good. I have never had trouble with new and young refrigerators before. We have had this one for 3 years. The ice maker is noisy. The ice maker quit working, due to a factory defect and the motor had to be replaced. Now, three months later, the freezer stopped cooling. They replaced the main computer board. Still didn't help. They replaced the freon valve. That helped the freezer, but killed the refrigerated part. It is 63 degrees. They don't know what to do or what part to order. They have been out 7 times in 3+ weeks and we have lost everything in the freezer and refrigerator. We have asked for receipts and have yet to receive even one. Right now, we are at a standstill, making us eat out or go to the grocery store daily, just before dinner. While this is frustrating and I will never own another LG product again, I realize this is just a minor thing and a good learning experience. Life has too many major problems to let this ruin every day.

Ice crusher broke in the 15th month. Called LG , they send technician 2 week later. Technician states he can not find the serial number on the fridge and can't initiate the claim. I called LG Canada and I got the run around. Frige still not working 6 now has passed. We sold this POS recuperated 350 . Now we have Samsung. For 8 mo no issue. Like a charm. What a difference. Our family will never buy anything that has LG on it. Not even free. They can shove it. noisy and smelly the plastic is hard to clean and the drawers are flimsy so is the fridge as proof the ice maker broke and no crush I will ever come from this unit this is Ben the worst fridge we ever have had adding are 60 years we have quite a few of thembut this one has been the biggest piece of junk we have paid for so long lg never in my house

I really like this refrigerator because it is spacious enough to hold the amount of groceries I need. Noise Level This refrigerator is very quiet. Interior Organization There is plenty of room for plenty of food. Design I like the freezer on the bottom and the ability of sliding shelves.

I have been very satisfied with this LG refrigerator. I am very impressed with the amount of room in the refrigerator section. Noise Level The refrigerator runs so quietly I find myself checking to make sure it is working! Interior Organization Very easy to manage even fully loaded. Temperature Control I am mentally at ease with the temperature and the controls. I am also very impressed with the ease of viewing the location of food items. Ease of Cleaning Spills clean up quite easily, especially when cleaned as spills occur. Design Love it!

I love the that this refrigerator is so big and holds so much more than my last fridge. Now when I entertain, I have enough room for all my food. Other 30 cubic feet fridges had less room than this one. Noise Level The noise is so minimal that I sometimes think it is not running. Only when the ice dumps and refills do I hear any noise and that is so minimal that I barely notice it. Interior Organization The inside is huge and I love having room to put everything in one space. The only problems is the shelves on the doors are too small for all of met condiments. I have to carefully arrange by shape to make most of them fit. The veggie drawers are also very small. I cannot put an entire stalk of celery in because it is not deep enough. Ease of Cleaning I have had a few spills and everything comes out easily and I can clean it very easily. Durability So far we have had this for about 9 months and had to have a new defroster unit put in because of an issue. I have heard other newer units have this fixed so this should not be an issue in the future. We have also had a few problems with the left side door getting stuck and not closing properly. We have to be careful when we open and close the left side to make sure that it is properly closed Design The only few concerns we have about the design is the water and ice maker. The water spout clearance is so small that we have trouble filling our water bottles and large tumblers. The ice maker is also very small so do not expect much ice. We do not use much so that is not a problem with us, but it can be for someone else.
