LG answers the phone, "Life's Good". Yes, but not LG!! This model is not good. I have never had trouble with new and young refrigerators before. We have had this one for 3 years. The ice maker is noisy. The ice maker quit working, due to a factory defect and the motor had to be replaced. Now, three months later, the freezer stopped cooling. They replaced the main computer board. Still didn't help. They replaced the freon valve. That helped the freezer, but killed the refrigerated part. It is 63 degrees. They don't know what to do or what part to order. They have been out 7 times in 3+ weeks and we have lost everything in the freezer and refrigerator. We have asked for receipts and have yet to receive even one. Right now, we are at a standstill, making us eat out or go to the grocery store daily, just before dinner. While this is frustrating and I will never own another LG product again, I realize this is just a minor thing and a good learning experience. Life has too many major problems to let this ruin every day.
