We lived out of COOLERS for weeks - we bought a LEMON
Purchases the LG Fridge, Microwave and Range. All Stainless, all in a lot of money for us. We purchased the extended warranty which is a MUST if you by LG from our experience. Our Fridge was so bad the board had to be replaced twice and various other parts. After much disatsifaction and documentation (document everything!!! and keep repair receipts, LG to their credit did finally send us a new fridge and took the original LEMON away. However, they did not reimburse us for any of the food that we lossed nor did they pay for the three weeks of ICE that I had to pay to keep the food as cold as possible in coolers in our kitchen. We got sucked in to the "Life's Good" marketing, let me tell you. Our experience with LG has been horrific and I would not recomend their kitchen appliances to anyone. By the way our dishwasher is having it's THIRD Service call this week, LG's response is well you will have to work with the extended warranty company were polite but not helpful or caring of customer's purchase of their defective products in our case.
