I use this washer everyday at least once a day. It is great for washing! The clothes are usually lightly soiled. I do use cleaning tablets to clean the washer as it has a musty scent to it but those tablets do not help!! I wouldn't purchase it again due to this stink that I cannot get rid of

I run a household of 6 so 2 adults ( my husband and i ) and 4 kids , 3 are still in the diaper stage . We are a family that cloth diapers and when we were looking for a washer and dryer we wanted something that would really deep clean our cloth products , of course LG was our choice and it has not let us down . Ive owened this set for over 6 months now and im not a bit disappointed , it has made my 3 loads of laundry that i have to do a day a BREEZE . My favorite setting has to be the sanitize , its great for our cloth diapers and bedding or any really nasty clothes .

I don't like any front loader. Top loaders are the best. This front loader has lots of problems and brakes down. If you decide to purchase buy a warrantee. After wash is done and you go to remove clothes you have to fight with them to get them untangled and most of your washed clothes wind up on the floor

Washer broke was told by lg they would give a free service call to fix the washer. after hours on the phone and hours waiting to talk with someone they denied my request. I am a single mom with 6 kids worked myself hard to pay for these 1500.00 products only to have them not work as they should. very poor customer service they will not call you back.
