The Verizon Envy VX9100M has spoiled me. It is so easy to enter contacts, making calls, send e-mails and instant messages, listen to music and browse the web on this telephone, that I hate having to use any of my friends cell phones. it's nothing new lg envy

So I got this phone as a replacement from asurion verizons insurence company, ( witch by the way sent 5 broken ones ) then I just went to verizon and they gave me a final working one witch is the lg envy. First thing I didn't like was that the numbers are on the front witch means the phone is always liked. Also the front screen is so small that its impossible to do most functions from it. another thing I HATE is the BATTERY life is very very short! First time cell phone user and I have to pick the LG-Envy.  I get the phone from Verizon rep.  not informed that I have 2 months free internet surfing and after it is over I have to cancel service so I get billed when the 3rd month comes.  From the very begining the cell phone looses power so quick that during a phone call when it says I have 2 bars left it cuts me off with no warning right in the middle of a very important call from my lawyer.  I used the calculator once with a full charge and it drops a bar. used phone for 5 min. and it drops 2 bars.  I have returned it 3 times now... read full review »

The only thing that I do not like about this phone is that if you need to open the phone to spell a word, if you wanted to close it again to continue typing on the t9word, it closes your text message.

The LG Envy is a great reliable phone. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love this new phone through Verizon and I never have a problem with it.  It has yet to drop a call and the clarity of the voice (sending and receiving) is SO much better then my old phone (from two years ago).
