This model is an absolute dream! I rarely don't recommend products because I don't want some one coming back to me and saying "this is your fault" but I am so in love with my LG Washer and Dryer and everyone who has seen them are completely blown away. I bought them with the idea they would last me the rest of my life and have full confidence they will.

I'm really falling in love with the LG product name and if I could afford to switch out everything in my house and convert, I would. It started with my cell phone - next upgrade would be one of their HD Televisions (not happy with the one I have).

While it isn't the least expensive product on the market it is worth every penny I spent and I usually am very conscience about how I spend money.

I purchased the Tromm Dryer less than 2 years ago and have recently been experiencing a problem with it. I began making a terrible thumping noise and upon further investigation we discovered that the Dryer drum is cracking at the seam. I have reviewed some other blogs and discovered that this problem is not uncommon. I spoke with an LG supervisor and they said they would not cover the repair because it is out of warranty (they only cover for one year). At any rate, this is a significant design flaw and LG needs to address it. Until then, I would not recommend this product. I believe a $1200.00 Dryer should last a lot longer than 2 years!
