Have had this dryer for around 7 years. With 4 kids it has seen a lot of use and has for the most part been very reliable and performed quite well. I did have to replace the heating element recently and in the past have replaced the rollers, drum belt, and an idler pulley. It was easy to work on and I replaced those items myself. It still runs just as good as the day I bought it and has been a real work horse.

I absolutely love this dryer. We bought it about a year and a half ago. It has outdone all the other dryers I have owned before. My favorite feature of this dryer is that is has a Sanitary and a Steam function. How many dryers do that? Not many. This dryer has more than surpassed my expectations. Load Capacity I have a family of 7, and I do laundry all day every day. This dryer can handle a great deal of clothes at one time and it dries them efficiently. Performance There are several different setting. You can select a time setting if thats the route you choose to go, or you can select one of the preset functions, such a Towels, Speed Dry, or Sanitary. It dries perfectly every time and my clothes come out very fresh. Ease of Use I am still learning some of the features of my dryer... I guess I should have read the manual a little more carefully. Durability So far we have been very satisfied with the dryer and have not had any issues with it. Design We absolutely love the design, inside and out of this dryer. It is made to be stackable as well as stand alone, so it fits very easily into a little corner.

We had a top loader and switched to this lg front loader and have not looked back!! I LOVE doing my laundry now! Everything even smells fresher. This dryer is the perfect size for my large family and my king sized bed also. Has so many great features to select exactly what you are drying and it never over dries my clothes! Load Capacity Another reason this dryer is perfect for my growing family is the VERY large capacity! Laundry is a ease now because I can do so much at one time and they all get dry! I have a king sized comforter and it fits in my dryer with ease, even a little extra room. I have to usually pull my comforter out of the dryer and flip around and dry again but that usually takes care of it. Performance This dryer is amazing! I love how it quits drying when the clothes are dry not when the timer is supposed to go off. Sometimes my clothes get dry sooner than the recommended timer time and use to they would just burn up but now the dryer just huts off for me and my clothes are nice and safe! Ease of Use So easy to use my kids started doing laundry!! I taught my eight year old how to use the dryer so she could start helping me sometimes by switching laundry around for me! I love the help and she feels so big to be able to do this for mom! Durability So far so good! Have not had any issues with our dryer to speak of yet and hopefully we will not! Design I love my dryer. I think it looks so elegant. My laundry room has definitely had an upgrade!

We bought this dryer two years ago and loved the design and the quietness as well as the tune that it plays when finished. Clothes dry well and we have found only one flaw. We had several articles of clothing damaged when straps caught on the corner of the lint filter. We tried cleaning thoroughly under the filter, thinking that lint was holding it too high causing clothes to catch on the corner but found that it was actually the corner itself protruding as if the casing around it had been worn down or the filter itself had become swollen. We were able to fix the issue by sanding the corner of the lint filter to make it rounded rather that sharp and have not had any further issues. Load Capacity I have not found anything too large for the dryer to handle. We have a king size bed and I have washed and dried the comforter with ample room in the dryer. Performance Jeans sometimes have to be run through a second time if left on a preset cycle, but can be dry in one run if you use the timed dry and set it for the longest term.
