Sleek phone and features. But WHY is the music kit not included?

I recently received the LG Chocolate as a gift. I'm impressed with the phone's appearance and size. I love the camera; it takes clearer pictures than my digital camera. You can put a good amount of mp3s on it, so it's pretty convenient to not have to carry my ipod with me all the time.

I love the phone, but I have some gripes. First, why is the music kit not included? Even if they just gave you the cable to connect to your PC, or just included the microSD; something! But nope. The music kit is extra, and the stupid phone even requires special headphones. Ugh!

My second gripe is the speakphone softkey. The phone locks the keys when the phone is closed, but it also locks them when you're on a call. I can't turn the speakerphone on before I call, so it's just extra buttons to press to get the speakerphone on.

It also doesn't seem as durable as other phones I have had. I dropped it on the ground and now if has big gouge marks on one corner. I realize it's my fault for dropping it, but I had a Razr for 2 years that got abused and only has a couple of scratches.
