    touch pad is impossible, the touch pad is too sensitive

this is the worst phone i have ever had, when i got it a year ago and extended my contract to get a decent price, the salesman yold me it was the greatesgt phone, well i disagree, i am middle aged and all the dials are very hard to work, the phone is always too sensitive too, verizon wont replace it with a comparable phone, i am a long time customer and when my contract is up I will change to t-mobile
