i hate this phone!!!!

Pros

Plays MP3's for ringtones, Compact and cute

Cons

calls/texts while in your pocket!, Terrible battery life, Can't upload midis to use as ringtones, too many software glitches, battery breaks easily, Buttons stopped working, Touchpad is too or not sensitive enough, screen on outside- easy to scratch, Keypad to small to text message

The LG Chocolate is not a phone I would ever in life want to purchase. I believe it has many mechanical/production related problems, however LG nor Verizon want to admit that it might be a manufacturer problem. I had the phone for over a year and it caused me nothing but constant headaches. You could not easily click over and answer call waiting, the touch screen didn't work very well. The phone had nice features, when they actually worked.
