I loved the compact look of the Chocolate Phone and the idea that it acts like your very own iPod was really cool. I soon found out that this phone's usability was awful. If you text message at all, it's nearly impossible to use. The buttons are either extremely sensitive or cannot pick up what you are doing at all. The battery life is AWFUL. I was on the internet on the phone watching video content for a total of 30 minutes before the battery died on me. I HIGHLY suggest against this phone!

Mine sometimes just makes calls by itself, using up daytime minutes. It often asks if I want to "save contact" while I'm on the phone with someone who is already in my contacts! And it beeps continually until I answer the questions. It even does this while listening to voicemail! The phone is crap and Verizon doesn't care about customers. Run away!
