I bought phone last year in Jan after EXTENSIVE research. I did not want anything fancy. I liked the slider feature... and the fact that it could take pictures and record videos was a HUGE plus, and actually the reason I went for this phone. The phone was a good phone. The camera and video camera were AMAZING for a phone! I was really impressed. After 5 months of having the phone, it broke. I can't honestly say exactly what happened but the right side stopped sliding and just lifted up off the track, if that makes sense. I am VERY careful with my phones because I cannot afford to replace them all the time. This was actually the first phone upgrade for me in 5 years. Anyway, not a month later the left side came off the track, but it was broken... it did not just come off the track you could hear something rattling in the phone when you shook it. So for over 7 months I wrapped to small clear rubberbands around the phone and it worked perfectly. Then one day I charged my phone and when I took it off the charger... it started beeping at me saying the battery was over heating so it had to shut off. I took it to the cell phone store and they said nothing was wrong with the battery but the phone. There was no water damage or anything, but because the phone's warranty had expired I was going to need to buy a new phone. So no I don't recommend it, unless you only plan to use it as a camera... then it's handy.

I have been a fan of LG and their products for the past 10 years and I can say without a doubt this the LG LX370 cell phone for sprint is one of the best products I have purchased from LG.  This phone offers bluetooth connectivity for safe hands free pairing with a compatiable LG  bluetooth headset.  This device also is sporting a microSD expansion slot that offers the ability to transfer photos taken from it's ultra fine 2.0 megapixel built in camera.  This device is ultra sleep and is only about 1/2" thick and slides up and down very smoothly.  The resolution of the color LCD screen is trule amazing and brings to life all the pictures I have taken so far.  The phot itself needs only to be charged every few days and has reliable seemless coverage with the sprint network and never drops as call due to its superb built in CDMA antenna.  This is a great cell phone for anyone that wants nothing more than a great phone!

This cell phone was actually given to me when I got a contract with Sprint, so it was free. I found that it is easy to use and I actually have the data plan with Sprint, so it allows you to still view video on it, even though the screen is very small. It also allows you to download music on the phone and has a microsd card to transfer that music to your computer or vice versa. It is nice that it allows you to have bubbles, which you can put different things on it, like the weather or just date and time on the main display. The downfall I found with it, is that it freezes up easily when you are using the data services and when it freezes it shuts the phone off. This phone is probably best for people that dont use the data services on it. This is actually my 2nd one in 6 months because it kept on shutting off on its own, even when I wasnt online with it. Im glad I had the wireless back up for my numbers and had to replacement plan, because that would cost a lot of money to replace.
