This is a horrible phone and in general I hae had bad experience with lg phones I hate lg I think this phone needs serious work my service also has been bad. Blane AT&T I think I would neve rbuy another lg phone and would tell my friends not to either

Awful phone, do not buy.  I have never read a good review about this product.  Cell phone gets hot very quickly.  The hands-free feature doesn't work, I purchased the headseat and it is completely garbled and nothing is wrong with the headset, I have two of the same phone for a family plan.
