Switched back to Cingular/ATT and bought this after a disaster of an experience with Sprint service.  I like the camera and video features.  Options for data  transfer too easily accessible. Just bumping a button by accident started dialing and trasnsmitting (and adding 'signon' charges to my bill). Had them restrict the PTT and text messaging options to avoid accidental dialing.  Occasionally seems to drop phone numbers from phone book via unexplained event.  Battery last 4-5 days of stand-by mode.  Camera has come in handy more times than I expected it would!
