When we purchased our new home, the house came with an LG Built-in Steam Dishwasher, model #LDF7932WW. According to the instructional manual, this dishwasher is the be-all, end-all of all dishwashers. However, in practice, it is quite the opposite. When I can get this dishwasher to do what I want it to do, I would rate it okay at best... but those moments are few and far between. There are constant error codes, sometimes it won't start, sometimes it shuts off mid cycle, and sometimes it just keeps on going (for three hours) - you never really know. Neither my family or a repair technician have been able to figure it out, so we will be selling it for parts and replacing it. Noise Level It IS very quiet. Cleaning Time Varies by usage. Sometimes it only cleans for 1 minute, sometimes for 3 hours. Loading Flexibility No complaints her. Performance Terrible, it very rarely works at all, and never works 100% accurately. Design So many different error codes. Who knew one dishwasher could have 40+ error codes.

I absolutely love LG equipment and it is my go to brand for all things electronic and especially dish washers. This piece of equipment has never failed me. I bought it to replace a deficient dishwasher and I have never been happier. I love the stainless steel look because I finally have a kitchen that totally matches. It looks so sleek and great in my kitchen. Also, it is very easy to keep clean. It works so well at keeping my dishes nice, clean, and shiny. It has a very large inside so you can put all of your dishes from the day in there at once. I love that the machine has great compartments to hold all different sizes and shapes of cups and silverware. This dishwasher is also very efficient in using water and electricity. The good thing about it is that it is not as loud as other models I have experienced. Cleaning Time This particular dishwasher does take a long time to wash the dishes, but it is worth it because there is never soaked on stuck on food that you have to scrape off and rewash the dishes. Also, you do not even have to rinse the dishes according to the sales person and it will work better if you do not. This saves time.

We remodeled our kitchen last spring and saw this beauty at Best Buy. After doing some research I decided that it was the best one in my price range. Let me tell you I am so glad I purchased it, I absolutely love this dishwasher, besides looking nice it cleans very well. I love the steam cleaning options and the dry feature works fairly good but to work the best you must put jet dry in it. This dishwasher cleans even the most caked on food particles like a champ and it does so without hardly making a sound. The quiet level was very important since we have an open concept floor plan and couldn't wash dishes at night on the old one without having to turn the TV up very loud. This machine is so quiet if it wasn't for the blinking indicator lights you wouldn't know it was running! I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone that is in the market, it not only looks good but cleans good to!

Of all of our LG appliances, this is the one that impresses me the least! We got this when we remodeled our kitchen, and got it mainly so it would match the rest of the kitchen with the stainless steel. At first it worked like a dream, but that may have been our perspective since we did not have a dishwasher for several months before this. Over time, grit has been showing up on glasses and it has been making some worrisome noises during the cleaning process. Noise Level This started out super quiet, especially compared to other dishwashers I have had in the past, but as time has gone on, it has been getting louder and louder, making some noises like it is going to burst a hose or something. Then, all of a sudden, it has gotten quieter again... Cleaning Time There are a number of different settings for this, but for the heavy duty cleaning, it takes just over two hours for the cycle to run through. Loading Flexibility This is the best aspect of this dishwasher - it allows a lot of flexibility when it comes to loading it up. It can hold a lot of silverware, and many different combinations of dishes. Performance Dishes sometimes come out great, others times there is grit inside them. You absolutely have to use JetDry with this dishwasher in order to get clean dishes. Design The design allows flexibility of loading. Durability I will have to wait and see on this, but the noises I have mentioned earlier, are probably not a good sign...

We bought all LG appliances when we bought our new home 6 years ago and have been very disappointed with all of them. This dishwasher barely cleans our dishes, all must be rinsed very well before putting in dishwasher otherwise expect yucky food residue on your dishes, silverware, and cups. Our dishwasher has needed several repairs over the years. The stainless steel is very pretty in our kitchen, but of course is easily marked up with little kids finger prints and needs to be wiped down. There is plenty of room in the dishwasher, but one repairman told us to never to load it very full because it will cause it to break overtime. Another tip the repairman gave us is to run our hot water and make sure it is very very hot before starting the dishwasher as this will help with cleaning. The silverware holder comes out making it easy for putting the silverware away. The dishwasher is quite and doesn't disrupt anyone when it is running.

Got this dishwasher and had nothing but problems. Right off the bat when you opened the door water wouldn't stop spraying. Had to have 4 service calls before they replaced (missed many hours of work waiting). A guy Lg contracted came to install new one, didn't level or anything, it would fall forward when open. I could have fixed but I wanted it done right by them. I would call customer service and they tell me I'm crazy, they don't do installs no matter how many times I explained. I had a manager yell at me for wasting their time. Well the "new" one worked OK for 6 months or so as long as we did everything perfect (exact amount of liquid soap and jet dry a must) then it got loud, every time the garbage disposal runs. It's really annoying. A lot of details of my experience are left out, in short DON'T BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM LG! I have a fridge that they lied about energystar and lost a class action.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher and we absolutely love it. It is a sleek design, very quiet, and all stainless steel. This dishwasher beats every dishwasher I have had in the past. It has several different settings, and is very energy efficient. Noise Level Very quiet you can not even hear that it is on. It alert you when you cycle is done, and it has a digital clock to tell you how much time is left. Cleaning Time Most dishwashers take a long time to clean, so have no complaint because my dishes always come out clean. Loading Flexibility Has lots of nice settings on the inside to make loading efficient. Performance My dishes ate always spottless. Design Very sleek design and easy to clean. Durability I have had it for 10 months, and have no complaints.

I purchased this dishwasher on the Brand alone. I have many LG products, and have been so happy with not only the quslity, but also the life span. This is a great, nice looking dishwasher, and it is so easy to use. My last dishwasher had so many choices, and kept re-setting itself that it drove me crazy. This LG has great cleaning power, it remembers how you last set it, and defaults to that. My favorite thing about it is the fact that it is quite. My dishes do not have water spots, and I am very happy with this.

very happy we decided to remodel our kitchen and purchase this dishwasher. the dishes come out very clean and spot free. surprised with how quiet this dishwasher is too. i love how much space it has for larger items as well. with a family of five this dishwasher gets used daily and does it's job very well. one feature i really like is the buttons being on top because my little ones used to love to push the buttons and start up our small counter top dishwasher we replaced with this one, and they don't know the buttons are there, so they are not always pushing them. definitely worth every penny, which surprisingly was very reasonably priced.

I would definately rate this dishwasher low and would not recommend it to a friend. It turns on when you brush by it and the dishes don't seem to get clean. We have very hard water and it leaves a white film all over everything, which seems to be ruining our dishes. Very discouraging for a newer dishwasher. Performance Not sure if it is our hard water or not but this dishwasher does not seem to effectively clean the dishes. We always prerinse our dishes and still there seems to be a few dirty dishes in each load. On occassion there is even undissolved soap pouches still in the cup, we even use the cascade and try to add jet dry to our rinse schedule. Design THe buttons to start this machine and select the settings are very sensitive to the touch-the dishwasher even starts sometimes when you are just standing near it which is very annoying. Durability THis dishwasher has been moved so from that aspect I suppose that it is very durable.
