This has been a great tv. The 3d is amazing quality. You can actually watch in regular hd or turn on the 3d. You can get glasses for a great price at best buy...you don't have to buy the expensive ones to be able to get great quality. Picture Quality The hd is good and so is the 3d option. You don't have to have the tv in 3D all the tme. We didn't know this till we really started looking into and we were very pleased. Sound Quality We added a sound bar to our tv. The sound wasn't bad but having the option to have it sound more like a movie theature was our desire. The sound bar was a good addition but not necessary for the tv. Design It is nice and slim. It fits on the wall or on a mantel with great ease.
