LG support is slow and poor. Performance I purchased the LG 47LW5600 3-D TV on 12/12/11. After connecting the LG to my local cable service and turning it on there was a picture and no audio. I turned it off, turned it on, turned it off, turned it on and then, there was picture and audio. After installing Plex Media server on my PC, I tried streaming to the LG from the PC. Music works great, photos work well, but video will not stream for more than a few seconds without pausing. Next I tried the LG 3-D Zone app. It also will not play without pausing multiple times. I thought it might be my router, so I purchased a dual band wireless router. The LG would connect only to the G band. I moved the LG to the same room as the router. I connected the LG and router with an Ethernet cable and it still will not play videos or 3-D Zone without pausing. The TV was defective out of the box. I contacted LG support and was referred to a local repair facility. The service tech has attempted repairs twice so far and LG wants him to try again. The LG has a great picture and there are many good features about the 47LW5600. But the main reasons for upgrading my 42" TV was the expectation of video streaming and 3D viewing. The audio still fails when the LG is turned on. I have to flip channels to get audio to work, then switch back to the channel I want. These unresolved issues make the LG 47LW5600 3-D TV, disappointing so far.
