Cooks quickly and is very quiet. The power vent is also quiet. Performance Cooks quickly and evenly. This is a 1100 watt oven. Settings/Features Has all the setting options that are useful, also has a sensor feature. Ease of Cleaning Inside is smooth and resists stains better than my previous microwave. Ease of Use Not complicated but not quite as easy to navigate as my previous oven. Durability Have not had long enough to assess this so I am being optimistic. Design A deciding factor in the purchase of this micro is that it has a 14.5" turntable. This is difficult to find on a 1.8 cu. ft. oven. The only thing I miss is a door-open button.

I went with an LG because I had good success with some of their other products. This one, not so much. Installation was easy as was the initial setup. I love the amount of room inside and having the extra rack is a nice feature. About a month after using it, the rotating table motor started to squeal slightly. This of course grew more loud with each passing week. To LG's credit, they were very good about the repairs. The repair tech explained he had received a large number of repair calls for this issue. We tried some simple fixes first, like making sure the rollers were clean and such. After checking that, he scheduled and arrive on time to repair the unit. I would be happy if that was all it took, but the replacement motor was bad also. He came out again today to replace it a second time. One other thing to note, the unit is very quiet when operating. This is an over-the-stove style unit, the fan for the stove is extremely loud. I have an open floor plan, so the noise carries, but it is not so loud as to prevent conversation. Overall, I would look for another unit with a quieter fan, but it is still a good unit. Design needs a much quieter fan !!!
