I purchased this computer after my old computer died. It has been a great computer. I have owned it for about two years now and it has worked really well to meet my needs. The price was excellent. It was the cheapest computer I have ever purchased. However, it is also one of the best computers I have ever purchased. I have had absolutely no problems with it during the two years I have owned it. It starts up quickly and runs efficiently the entire time. I will definitely purchase this brand again in the future. Ease of Use I think it is incredibly easy to use. It is easy to find anything you need on it. I think it is one of the most user friendly computers out there. Battery Life Battery life is great. I have owned mine for two years and the battery is still going strong. It will last about two hours when fully charged. Speed/Performance It performs really fast and well. Durability I have owned mine for two years with no problems. It is still working great.

Bought two of these machines for family members ,one of which changed their mind at the last minute about wanting one .I thought I would be stuck with a computer that wouldn't be of much use to me.I was wrong . Being a strictly desktop user I at first thought I would have no need for a laptop until my job required me to start driving around.This machine was super responsive and this performance has not decreased in the slightest over the lengthy period I have had it.My 6 year old son used it every day to play flash games , to watch online videos and even to run some not too graphics intensive PC games. After getting my son a tablet which he prefers to use because its even more mobile, I thought this laptop would just be gathering dust, until the desktop machine I used to stream video to my hdtv died on me. When I connected the laptop to my tv I was impressed that the video quality was as good as or even better than my previous desktop setup. The laptop also hibernates and wakes up from hibernation very quickly and so after taking out the battery and plugging directly into a wall outlet it's now my permanent wireless streaming video machine .I recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a good bang for the buck.

I bought this laptop for school. My old one was a tad bit outdated.Therefore I went looking for a nice, easy to use laptop. In which I stumbled upon this brand. Once I got it, the way the laptop operated was easy to understand. Downloading apps from the windows store very simple, as well as the annual updates that the laptop has to keep the system running smoothly has the option to do it without me having to click update, so no worries on how the laptop will perform with that. I'm big on watching documentaries are independent films, so I downloaded the netflix app, upon doing that, it became difficult for me to watch what I wanted seeing as every time I tried, it would freeze, blackout and say something is wrong with the video portion of the laptop, altering the ability for the laptop to clearly play what it is what I wanted. This problem was very inconsistent, basically sometime it'd work sometime it wouldn't. So I opted back to just watching netflix using the browser in which the laptop played that with no problems at all. The video clear, the sound crisp clean. The design for this laptop is well done, as well as the battery life is excellent.

I received this as a graduation/Christmas present, and I truly enjoy it. It is extremely durable and very sleek looking. It is not overly heavy like it looks. I can easily carry this in my backpack without straining myself. The overall quality of this computer is great, especially for the fairly cheap price. It is very fast and perfect for those interested in streaming videos, etc. The battery life is not wonderful, but it definitely lasts long enough to take to a class or meeting. I would suggest this for someone who uses the simple features such as Microsoft Word and the internet. Also, Wi-Fi is really easy to set up, even for the computer illiterate.

When I needed a new laptop, the first word to come out of the person I asked was "Lenovo". It wasn't long before I saw why, as two years later I'm using the same one I bought, and I'm writing a review for it right here. The screen is crystal clear, and the resolution is perfect. It was easy to get the hang on as well, I felt perfectly comfortable in it within only a few hours, almost like it was a part of me. Its strong enough to run some pretty high spec pc games as well, running Doom 3 with no issues at all. I will say I wasn't fond of the small hard drive size, as a terabyte would have been better I think, but for what I paid for this laptop, I was able to replace it rather easily. You really can't go wrong with this laptop.

This Lenovo G560 laptop has been great for our needs. We currently have wireless Internet and use it to work from my couch, on the porch, at the table, etc. It has held up well and my 5 year old even uses it to play online games. It is a little heavy as compared to other wireless devices now available, but not a problem for us. We have also had to replace the battery recently since it would not fully charge (have owned it for a couple of years now), but use it everyday so probably wore it out. However, it good for storing pictures, watching movies via the web, and running various financial applications. Overall, we are happy with this purchase and would recommend for a good home laptop. Ease of Use Easy to use with basic laptop key functions. Battery Life Had to replace it once since purchase a couple of years ago. Support & Service Have not had any problems that required support thus far. Speed/Performance For our needs, the speed has been adequate. Design A little heavy but good overall design. Durability Between everyday Internet use and young son playing games on it, the laptop has held up so far.

Okay so I received this product for Christmas and at first I didn't think I would like it. It has windows eight which I had heard was pretty crappy. But I was pleasantly surprised. It works great. Windows eight actually works pretty good and I actually think the set up is pretty cool. I love the computer. The battery life is great, the mouse pad is really nice and over all it is just a very nice laptop.

When my old laptop died I bought a Lenovo. It is awesome. I love how compact it is, it fits perfect in my little work space & I did not have to pay an arm & a leg for it. I would recommend it to anyone. It works great, does not have the "brand" name but who needs that! I saved a ton of money & it doest everything any other laptop would do! Battery Life I always have it plugged in so am not sure on how long the battery would last if not plugged in. Support & Service Have not had to call for serice. Speed/Performance I think this is based more on your internet connection over the computer.

My husband and I completed a 4,200-mile road trip the end of September. Taking along this laptop (which we had purchased just to take with us on travel) saved our bacon in a number of ways. We were able to keep up with emails so we weren't faced on returning home with 900+, we were able to check road conditions real time, and be informed of "deals" in the various cities we traveled through. It saved us a lot of time and headache and performed beautifully throughout the entire trip. We were even able to play some games we'd downloaded to it during a few "quiet" minutes! Ease of Use At time of purchase, we also "splurged" and got a mouse that attached. My husband is NOT a touchpad user! The little touchpad at the bottom of the keyboard drove him batty until we "graduated" to the mouse. He also has big/wide fingers, but had no problems at all navigating the keyboard. Also, the big screen helped a good deal with no eye fatigue. Battery Life We usually just plugged into a wall socket, but the times we ran the laptop off the battery we got more than enough charge to keep us happy. Support & Service Have had no service problems or contacted support, but I'm sure they would be very helpful if needed. Speed/Performance It always amazes me that a laptop can provide the same performance as a big desktop computer--and as much memory. We had no hangups time-wise. The only problem we encountered was not having a printer to print out information. Design Personally, I find the keyboard a bit "far back" and way too much room for my wrists. However, it's a small problem I quickly adapted to. Durability So far, so good!
