Honestly, it's been such great help since I got it. So much easier and safer than having to use the knife to cut them. I even like the fact that each use makes the size very much the same size. The only thing I wish is that there was the chance to cut the fries into thinner shape instead of just cutting them thick. But who am I to complain. It's very worth buying it. Ease of Cleaning All I had to do is use soap and water to clean it. And it's practically easy, especially when you just need to take them apart to be sure I get them spotless.

i bought this LEM french fry cutter online for a decent price. i like to make my own fries and even make sweet potatoe fries which are delicious. this has made my life so much easier and more convienent. i can easily slice then dice potatoes instead of doing it by hand. its really wasy to use and simple to clean. this comes with two dicing blades. one makes larger fatter slices while the other makes skinnier slices. i like the skinnier slices better because theyre easier to cook for me and i think they taste better. i make this for my family and they really enjoy it. this can also be used for apples to create slices of apple for snacking on. replacement blades can be found online also. i would surely recommend this to others.

We'd seen this fry cutter for several years at Bass Pro Shop and thought how nice it would be.  About two years ago, my husband went on a solo trip and brought one home.  I was still skeptical but I HATE a unitasker in my kitchen.  BUT, I LOVE THIS THING.  I use it several times a week for slicing up potatoes.  It saves me SO much time when dicing potatoes!  I simply run the potatoes through the fry cutter and then line them up and quickly dice them.  I have also used it to slice up apples as well for apple sauce and breads.  This fry cutter comes with 2 removable dicing blades.  One will cut larger, fatter fries and the other cuts skinny fries.  We have found the smaller bladed fries cook better in the oven and the larger bladed fries better in oil.  It's a snap to clean the cutter as well.  The blades and the push both pop out of the base and can be washed in the dishwasher.  The base can simply be wiped down.  Also handy is the pressure lever that you flip to tighten the base to your countertop so it won't shift while you're using it.  Replacement blades are also easy to find at Bass Pro or online.
